It's been an eventful week around the Kennedy house. After a couple of very long weeks, Izzie's first molar broke through this weekend. The molar on the opposite side seems to be right behind. We hope to see something this week and then have a little peace and quiet before the next teeth decide to appear!
Izzie continues to enjoy playing outside - especially with the kids in our wonderful neighborhood. She's been playing on the trampoline and swings with her cousins across the street and loves it when her friend Melanie ventures over too. The other night Izzie said, "Hi!", clear as day when Melanie was walking up the driveway. They went for wagon rides and Melanie even taught Izzie how to climb up the steps of the slide and go down on her butt.
We also threw a bridal shower for our cousin Kara this weekend. We had a great time catching up with the fam but Izzie's favorite was the cupcakes!
