Nine Month Checkup

We saw the doctor for Izzie's nine month checkup this week. Apparently, my scale at home is off because she only weighed 17 pounds 1 ounce and was 28 inches long. According to the doctor, everything looked good. We did discuss the fact that she doesn't want her bottle anymore and he chalked it up to the fact that she is extremely strong-willed and independent. So, we are trying very hard to get her to take a sippy cup. Keep your fingers crossed on that one for us!

One of Izzie's top two teeth did finally break through this week - hooray! The second one looks like it is not far behind. We're hoping for a few nights of sleep before any of those other teeth start bothering us!

Below is a picture of Izzie's new favorite thing - the bathtub! She absolutely hated her bath the first few months of life but now that she's big enough to sit in the regular tub she absolutely loves it! She'll even crawl across the house to the bathroom and grunt/jabber trying to convince me to give her a bath :)
